THE 60th INTERNATIONAL MEAT INDUSTRY CONFERENCE

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 60th International Meat Industry Conference (MEATCON2019) which will be held on Mt. Kopaonik, hotel “Grand Hotel & SPA”, Serbia on September 22-25, 2019. The conference will be a platform to present research and to show innovations in food technology and this time it focuses on the SAFE FOOD FOR HEALTHY FUTURE.

Meat industry conference has been traditionally organized by Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology from Belgrade and represents unique event in our country. Therefore, we would like to invite Researchers, Food Technologists, Nutritionists, companies, governmental officials, and professional associations working in the fields of food production, food processing, food quality and safety, health, nutrition and innovative technologies to discuss the advancements in the selected topics.

Scientific Programme will include lecturers given by invited international and domestic experts which will be published in journal “Earth and Environmental Science” by IOP Publishing, along with papers within session
