Council of Meat Industry Technologists of Serbia (STIM) will be held at the 62nd International Meat Industry Conference. It will be dedicated to the most current issues in field of meat industry. Participation will take experts from the meat industry, inspection services, ministries, faculties, as well as other representatives from institutions.
The aim of the Council is to exchange experiences, take common professional positions on important issues, prepare proposals for individual regulations, define joint research tasks or evaluate the results achieved. In this way, it is ensured that research programs are set up, and the results are evaluated depending on their relevance and importance for practical application.
