Transfer from Airport
Transfer from the airport to hotel and/or bus parking lot in Belgrade can be organized only for those attendees who provide information about their flight number and arrival time. Driver will be waiting for at the arrival lobby holding conference logo sign.
Transfer to Mt. Kopaonik
Bus transfer from Belgrade to Mt. Kopaonik (279 km) and vice versa will be organized for conference attendees.
The meeting point is in the vicinity of the Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology, at the parking lot next to “Šeher” Park Cafe, located in Andre Nikolića 1-3 street (please take a look at bottom maps).
The buses will leave at 9 a.m.
Due to the limited availability of seats, please make sure to select the option “Reserve a seat in a free shuttle bus” when you are filling out the MEATCON2023 registration form. Seat booking is on a first-come, first-served basis!
